I'm new to the list but have avidly been reading the name ideas so here's a few more I 'm just jamming out ... .... "media-wear" .... or.... "MediaWear".... or .... "Wearable Media" ...."DigiWear" .... "Silicon-Wear" ...."Virtual-Wear".... for that VR feel how about--what comes to mind merging tech and body (I'm partial the these two) ... "HumanWare" ... and ... "BodyWare" ... ..."Silcon-Body" (sounds like sex?) :-) or a hair treatment, nah. I think the idea of wearable communications as in the suggested "ComWear" has a ring to it that's works.......so thinking along Marshal Mcluhan lines of extensions of our nervous system being information systems... Info-Wear... INFOWEAR...SYSTEMWEAR then there's ....a little new wave... "Techno-Wear" or "WearTech"... or or better... "TechWear" .....which slips off the tongue easily Of course much is based on the "wear" / "ware' metaphor. There must be some others as well...the "corp(s)" concept has a militaristic ring to it. In the Cyber category there's always..."CyberThreads" ... for a Brit flavor or... "CyberBods".. BTW there is a company in the US called CYBERWARE which does 3D scanning. For clandestine operations perhaps "InteliWear" and for com how about .... ...." InTeleWear"... ..then there's "BodyCom". mr.virtual Ed Idoru
