What Steve has proposed here is the best idea yet. Steve can you use my letter of this morning? or should we come up with a commen form? would an active webpage be better if there is someone that can create one? Sam Tregar <> Comments in displays are on the money. We need to focus on the display problem. As to the complexity of ripping up camcorders I think we can go two ways: 1) as each type of cancorder is used we should produce a mini-howto on it. (Steve can you store these on you web page or I will on mine) the howto will cover the process of riping down and building up this way if you find a camcorder that is on the list you will jest follow the directions. If the camcorder you have found is not on the list you could still learn a lot from the list and then add to it. You could als take the list when you go flea marketing or yard saleing. 2) find a camcorder viewfinder manufacture that will sell us new or rebuilt viewfinders (we would want to have only 1 or 2 people deal with the company and distribute from there. The veiw finder is my biggest fear all the other parts I can use for somthing else but if I by a camcorder and it wont work I am outof pocket. In Service Charles Puffer
