Hmmmm. Well, the xhost thing worked, temporarily. But, when I terminate X to return back to the xdm log in screen, the Twiddler driver unloads because communication with the X server is broken. Then, when I log in again after reloading the Twiddler driver, I get the xhost problem again. Is there a way to default xhost every time X loads? How can I keep the Twiddler driver from unloading when I log out? Isn't anybody using their Twiddler with xdm? Surely somebody has theirs running properly. I must be doing something stupid. Brad, I'll try to load the Twiddler first, but I don't think that will work either. As far as the '-x 7' switch is concerned, I need that because that's the terminal number of my X session. Thanks again. Arne
