what's up with haven.org?

I've been noticing longer and longer delays for submissions to
 to appear on the list.  Case in point, my post about
the results of the best of '98 survey was posted last night around 6pm but
it didn't get in until 2:30am this morning because the email message
couldn't delivered to the server until then.

Does anyone know if there is a problem with haven.org? or is there just
too much traffic these days (not that that isn't also a problem)?
