Hi,

     You might try going to:

          http://www.winfiles.com

     and doing a search for        virtual and desktop

     I found a number of programs available for download listed
there for the win 95/98 environment.  I don't know which version of
Windows you were referring to, but they also have Win NT programs
listed there.  If you need something for Win 3.x, you'll probably
need to look elsewhere.
