As I recall talking to the Via folks some time back they (Via)
developed the flex buss idea and comarket the thing with CDI.  CDI
does the military stuff and Via does the rest.  So its the same
computer almost exactly.  Maybe some extra "rugidization" and $ with
the CDI version.
