cables to/for what?  (the  pc104+ boards I use all have a custom end)
In the end we ended up just making our own for these types of things.  Many
places (e.g. AMP) sell the connectors and ribbon cable.
If you just want to talk to a regular machine you can get 2.5-3.5" adapters
and use regular IDE cables.
