Well, two days ago there were prices available at (as far as I can remember)
http://www.cellcomputing.com
but now the ordes has moved to http://www.emj.com/
where you have to register first, which is a simple on-line procedure,
to be able to see the prices.
You also have prices available at http://www.parvus.com/
where you can do on line ordering.

This may not answer your question, but here is a reference to a pearl
script which is able to retrieve a complete tree from a website.
