A very good point!

In fact, not only is it your property with which to record, but it is
also your "humanistic property", e.g. if you don't have a right to record
items on their shelves, they don't have a right to record items on your
body. To make this very clear, I once made a shirt with copyright material
on it, so that they would not have a right to copy this material (any more
than I would have a right to collect images of their materials).

How does "Theft of humanistic property" sound?
Self ownership. You still own your body and the immediate space around it,
just as they own the building. Same for a car (e.g. does the mechanic
own the space in your car when you leave it in the repair garage; i think
not). In actual fact, i would say that the space is shared between the
owner of the superset... it's like nested sets:

Person \in Store \in Country

^still bound by laws of land
^still bound by need to respect humanistic property

How about "Likeness piracy", etc. (wearcam.org/leonardo/index.html)
