I checked http://www.flantech.com/neuropho.htm but I don't think these are the same thing. Part of it reads like a cross between a late nite infomercial and a Tom Swift book ("at the tender age of 13, our hero invented..."). Going back to the home page, there are offers for healing crystals and the like.
