New continuous speech recognition software

Go to User Support to find out that FreeSpeech 98 only supports Windows
95, Windows 98 and Windows NT 4.0; and that the recommended hardware
requirements to run FreeSpeech 98 are:

Windows 95/98: Pentium MMX 200 Mhz, 64 Mb RAM.

Windows NT 4.0: Pentium MMX 200 Mhz, 96 Mb RAM.

Reason for beefy hardware reqs: Philips says this is a scaled-down version
of their pro software (which BTW is ~$18,000?).
