hey, I just thought of something....

As an added complexity for the glove, you can touch the non-thumb fingers
(redundant term) together in different combinations.

ie (1=index, 4=pinky)

1+2
1+2+3
1+2+3+4
2+3
2+3+4
3+4
1+2,3+4 (vulcan gesture)

although I can only twiddle with these comfortably:
1+2
1+2+3
1+2+3+4
2+3+4

so I count 4 x (12 finger-thumb combinations, assuming 1 contact on thumb)

I still don't understand having more than one contact on the thumb, maybe
mine is too short ;)
