VNC - is it ported to Newton?

Somebody mentioned VNC on the list last week, and I gave it a try between
my Solaris and NT systems at work. It worked like a charm. I also found
the PalmPilot client, and I'll probably give it a try when I find a serial
cable and enough time to play with it.

I also have an old Newton Messagepad 130 lying around; I picked it up at a
flea market for an excellent price, shortly after Apple discontinued the
product line. The Newton has a higher resolution display than the Pilot,
so I think I'd prefer using the Newton with VNC when I've finished
building my wearable.

Is anyone here aware of a port of VNC to Newton? I've had no luck finding
one, nor can I find any development tools for Newton.

Thanks.
