Sounds good to me, well-worded & clear enough.  Only alternative I can
think of would be something on the order of suggesting that ads for NEW
products or new sources of supply for products, etc. be e-mailed to a
moderator, who could then edit & post what they thought appropriate for
the group (more work for the moderator or maybe a separate "Information
Officer", less off-topic crud in the newsgroup) - keep us all posted on
when to vote!  (I need to go look through the charter but have an
appointment on-line in 5 minutes!)
