rsynth is cool, I use it on my desktop machine as an alarm clock, it wakes
me up by announcing the time periodically, and runs sections of www.weather.com
through text-to-speech to tell me what the weather is going to be like.  It's
like having a friend with a really strong accent, once you get used to the
way it talks its fairly easy to understand...

The jabra is pretty cool, if you want to get one though, I would get a 
catalog from CyberGuys (www.cyberguys.com), I just started getting catalogs
