Video to ASCII converter

This is one cool little toy. Is it a solution to the "I want video
input but I can only afford a P5!" problem?

It's a video input to ASCII converter. P-) (<- Smily with a wearable!)

You can set the screen size, graphical or text window, etc, so it seems
perfect for a decent wearable with a video input and a P5, where perfect
video isn't a necessity, but relative motion and perhaps low-complexity
object tracking (Motion tracking in Perl, anyone? ;) ), etc.

Fun stuff.
