We've looked for these repeatedly, and finally had to build our own from = Digikey parts. Basically, we took a USB M/F extension cable and cut the = male end and put on a new USB connector and bend the housing 90 degrees. = I suppose you could get fancy and dip it in tool dip. But it seems to = work quite well.
